Unless otherwise stated, all sales of hardware or physical inventory shall be FOB Shipping Point. RMAs shall be shipped to Summit Technology Group with pre-paid shipping (except international duty). Any shipments sent directly to Summit Technology Group with COD or recipient-payment terms may be returned to the shipper at the discretion of Summit Technology Group management. Demonstration, promotional, and other Summit-owned equipment shall be insured for the indicated value at all times. Packing slips are suggested on all inbound shipments. RMAs must have the RMA number on the shipping tag, packing slip, or RMA form and be included in the package.
